Terms of Service

By participating in any and all activities, programs, or services provided by That PT Couple LLC, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement and terms of use. I am aware that this is a waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.

That PT Couple LLC does not accept any liability for: inaccuracy or misleading information provided in programs or materials, loss of profit or revenue, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from any breach of terms of this agreement.

I recognize there are risks of injury, and I agree to the full assumption of risk of any injuries, death, damage, or loss which I may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities associated with my use of That PT Couple LLC. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or other medical professional prior to and regarding my participation in any activity or program provided by That PT Couple LLC. I understand and voluntarily assume all the risks in participation of all activities associated with That PT Couple LLC.

I do hereby fully release and discharge That PT Couple LLC and its employees or any individual acting on behalf of That PT Couple LLC from any and all liability, claims, and causes of action from injuries or illness, death, damages, or loss which I may have or which may occur to me on account of participation in any activities or programs produced or provided by That PT Couple LLC. This is a complete and irrevocable release and waiver of liability.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless That PT Couple LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation in any activity associated with That PT Couple LLC, including any claims brought by third parties.

I assume full responsibility for my participation and the associated risks, including those arising from the negligence of That PT Couple LLC.

I acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in any activity or program produced or provided by That PT Couple LLC. I acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing physical activity I choose to participate in. I further acknowledge that I voluntarily assume all risks and that I am solely responsible for my participation.

After reading this waiver, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to hold harmless, waive and release That PT Couple LLC, its owners, employees, and any individual acting on behalf of That PT Couple LLC from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind.

By using these physical and digital products, programs, and plans, you agree that you are of legal age in your country/region. Before using these products, programs, and plans, you agree to consult your physician. Material provided by That PT Couple is not a substitute for medical advice. All guidance is simply general advice. By using these products, programs, and plans, you are assuming all risk and responsibility. You agree to release That PT Couple LLC from all responsibility for injuries or issues that arise from using any material or guidance from That PT Couple.
