What we offer

Injury rehab, strength plans, and run coaching built by PTs

Whether you want a coach in your corner, a plan to follow on your own, or the strength work that keeps you healthy at high mileage — we've got you.

Meet your PTs

We've treated hundreds of runners just like you.

We've spent years in orthopedic and sports PT clinics watching the same story play out: runners get told to ice, rest, and just stretch it out. Then they come back six weeks later with the same injury. We built our training plans to give runners a smarter path, one that keeps you running while we fix what's actually wrong.

  • DPT and UESCA certified run coaches
  • 5+ years treating runners from couch to marathon to Boston qualifiers
  • Programs built around your weekly mileage, life, and goal race
  • Every plan created by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy

Runner stories

What runners are saying

"My running came to an abrupt stop. After a visit to a sports medicine doc, ortho surgeon and a PT, I didn't think I'd run again. Then I found That PT Couple. Cate and Davis thoroughly evaluated my situation, diagnosed the problem, and created a comprehensive training plan that included key workouts others missed. By following the custom training program for several months, I went from barely running 2 miles per week to 20. Thank you, That PT Couple, for giving me hope and putting me back on the running path."
Tim
"My fueling strategy was pretty good. Most importantly, I felt no pain. Am I sore? Yes. But no calf pain. I forgot how it feels to run pain free. The run felt great mentally. Thank you for all your help and advice this far, needed this run to gain confidence for Tokyo."
MG
"This is for my running coach @thatdptcouple who was willing to train me despite an injury and believed I could still complete the marathon and achieve a personal record. I am so grateful! You guys are awesome!"
Maria
"Hi Davis!! Thank you soooo much!! I'm so excited, all the Big emotions today!! Thank you for your help, belief and support! My splits were pretty even, but I think slightly negative! It wasn't easy, but I have to say, I felt pretty good throughout! I'm excited to really kick the training into gear and see what else I've got!!"
AL
"Thanks for helping me throughout the first 12-week block! This is the first time in a long while within these 2 years that I've been dealing with this injury that I've been this far out from having to restart another one of my (injury) cycles."

Common questions
