12-Week Runner's Reset Plan
Individualized running program and strength workouts designed by two physical therapists to help you meet your goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury, maintaining fitness, or looking to set your next PR, we're here for you.
What's Included:
30 minute introductory phone call (free)
Free discovery call to make sure this is the right fit for you! We will discuss your running history, past/current injuries, and running goals.
Strength training programmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy
Weekly workouts designed specifically to address your weaknesses, build resilience, and help you feel better when you run. You will receive 2-3 workouts per week, each with a duration of 40-50 minutes. Video demonstrations, pictures, and written instructions will be provided for each exercise. We will also include specific sets/reps and recommended weight for all exercises.
Personal running calendar
You will receive a weekly running plan programmed by a UESCA certified run coach. Each workout is created based on your injury history, training goals, and running experience. You will receive guidance on specific paces, mileage, and progression of runs.
Optional check in call every 3 weeks
These calls are meant to hold you accountable! Your physical therapist/run coach will also be able to answer questions, discuss progress, and outline the upcoming plan. Check in calls typically last 20-40 minutes.
$300 for 12 weeks
12 weeks of running and strength workouts designed and programmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and UESCA Run Coach.
