30 minute introductory phone call
Free discovery call to discuss injury history, training experience, and goals.
Strength training programmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy
Weekly workouts designed specifically for you to help you meet your goals. Workouts include photos and videos of each exercise.
Run training
Weekly workouts programmed by UESCA certified run coach. Each workout created based on injury history, training goals, and experience.
Optional check in call every 3 weeks
Answer questions, discuss progress, and outline the next 3 weeks.
$300 for 12 weeks
12 weeks of running and strength workouts designed and programmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and UESCA Run Coach.
