Lifetime access to a 6-week resistance training program, 4 weeks of body weight and band workouts, and a 4-week core strengthening plan. Each program includes 3 different workouts per week.
Our 6-week program is designed to be performed with higher resistance/weights, but all of these exercises can be completed without a gym membership. Dumbbells or kettlebells are ideal, but we also provide at home alternatives if you don't have weights available.
The body weight and resistance band program can be a good substitute for traditional weight training if all you have is a resistance band.
The core strengthening plan consists of 8-12 minute workouts. These core exercises are designed to be performed in conjunction with your workout of the day, whether it's a run or a strength workout.
